…WITH AN INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN FEATURING EMPLOYEES
New orders of trains are important for Deutsche Bahn (DB), especially given its new “Strong Rail” strategy, which aims to fulfill increasing demand for rail services. To meet this demand, DB made two large orders of ICEs and locomotives in 2020.
Competing with other companies from across the world, Siemens Mobility applied for these major contracts. During this process, it became clear that the company’s staff were motivated to work on the manufacturing chain that would build the trains they would one day take to work.
So, using the hashtag “#einjobfüruns”, we allowed these staff to have their say, putting media pressure on DB and its stakeholders to emphasize the importance of choosing a German base for its operations.
